Space Talks #019: Sungai Watch
For 2 and a half years, sungai watch have been busy cleaning rivers in Indonesia. They have collected over 1,000,000 kilograms of plastic and the cleanup operation is growing quickly! Sungai Watch are intercepting this plastic through our 180 trash barriers that they have installed in rivers, to stop plastic from going into the ocean. They’re on a mission to bring Sungai Watch throughout Indonesia's most polluted regions and bring their work internationally.
