OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with our delivered goods, you have the right to return the unused product within 14 days after the arrival of the goods.
We always strive to provide you with the best experience and service possible. Since we are an independent, young brand, we unfortunately can't cover the cost of shipping your return, however we will cover the shipping costs for an exchange item.
To return your online purchase, items must be returned unused in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Make sure to return the item in such a way that the original packaging will remain undamaged.
For all returns, please send an email to support@spaceavailable.tv with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason of return
- Return for (exchange or refund)
- Exchange item (which item in which size)
We will get back to you within 24h and provide you with the return address.
Please be aware that you are responsible for the product from the moment you receive it to the moment you ship it back to us.
Any package returned after the prescribed time frame will be refused and returned to the sender.
The costs and risks pertaining to the return of product(s) are borne by the sender. Space Available Studios cannot be held responsible if the return parcel is lost, stolen or damaged.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in the mail correspondence.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You can select the carrier of your choice, recommended FedEx or DHL.
In any case we kindly ask you to send us the tracking number and pre-alert of your return.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged.
Kindly send us an email at support@spaceavailable.tv with images of the damage. We will then reply with the next steps to return your item.
HOLIDAY PERIOD
SUMMER
We are on summer break from 15 – 19 August
Any orders made from the 12th of August will be processed from the 22nd of August.
CHRISTMAS
To receive your orders in time for Christmas, recommended time to place your online orders by the following dates
Indonesia : before 2 PM, 21st December
UK : before 2 PM, 21st December
Worldwide : before 2 PM, 17th December
Please be aware that our business will be closed between 24 Dec – 2 Jan
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN PERIOD
